Engage with Love in Leadership, Coaching, and Supervision

In this highly interactive workshop, we will explore together how leaders who observe one of the seven simple rules of supervision: 'Engage with love' - in business and in their own lives - can cultivate trust and inspire both individual well-being and organizational performance.

Through experiential learning, we will uncover key practices that allow us, as coaches, supervisors, and leaders, to:

• Create, in a matter of minutes, a space that fosters learning, empowerment, and growth,
• Listen actively with both heart and mind, reflecting back what's positive and possible, to heighten the other's self-awareness and support their personal and professional transformation.

Using practical tools, we will practice becoming present and connected through guided exercises, storytelling, and interactive breakout discussions. Engaging in reflective and playful activities, we will deepen our understanding of empathy, courage, and resilience in leadership.

Speakers:

Alina M. Ionescu, MCC, is double Master Certified Coach - MCC (ICF) and AMC (IAPC&M), Senior Practitioner Coach & Mentor - EIA (EMCC), Accredited Supervisor – ESIA (EMCC), and Certified Mentor Coach in the ICF register. She has a background

in electrical engineering, a master's degree in business administration (MBA), and knowledge in clinical psychology & diagnosis as well as developmental psychology.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in top multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Muller Dairy, and S&T, and 10 years of entrepreneurship experience - providing professional coaching services to leaders in international organizations, Alina aims to make the world a better place through every coaching conversation that she has.
